Fold the sterilized menstrual cup using one of the folding methods as shown:
Hold the bottom of the menstrual cup and put into the vagina gently until it reaches the cervix.
Rotate the cup to ensure that it is fully open and seal has been created against the vaginal wall.
Lastly, adjust the handle at the bottom, so it sits comfortably and can easily reached for retrieval. That's it!

I originally was very excited about this cup and I still really like it, but the flexibility I thought was gonna be better initially— can kinda be an issue.
The rigidity of the cup can feel a bit uncomfortable initially but it does help the seal that needs to happen, happen.
With this cup, the flexibility is great but it’s deceptively comfortable. It’s easy to walk around with a folded cup. Just be aware you’re gonna have to get intimately familiar with how the cup is doing with your hands rather than trusting the cup.
Otherwise: excellent. When it seals properly, no leaks, no holes, no rips, ect,. I got a great product and I have no complaints.

Die Tasse ist schön weich und flexibel, lässt sich somit sehr angenehm tragen. Sie hat keinen starken eigengeruch. Außerdem ist die Gummilippe zum entfernen schön kurz und stört so in keinster Weise. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Habe so viel gehört von Menstruation Cups von andere Frauen. Die schwören wie gut die sind und sind auch Umwelt freundlicher als Tampons und Binden. So, I intentionally took a little time to review them because I wanted to have a chance to really use them. I wanted something for my upcoming vacation, other than the typical tampons/pads. I also wanted something to wear overnight as sometimes I wouldn't wake up (due to a deep sleep) to change, (we've all been there, and always take protective measures) The first cycle I had them, I was skeptical, as it was new and honestly a little weird for me so I tested them for the evening time, and weekend vs wearing them to work as I don't have a private restroom at work to change if needed. I had 2 leaks, which I think might have been from them not setting up correctly. There is no real way to know if they have set correctly or not. Luckily, I was able to get them changed out and I had tampons with me.
My 2nd month was an even more positive experience. I figured out a way where I was comfortable changing during the day if needed and so I used them for my entire cycle. I didn't have one leak. I carried tampons with me just in case, and didn't use one.

Tips:
Carry flush-able wet wipes. On my heavy day when I needed to change or wanted to check it to be on the safe side and I was in a public restrooms, I just cleaned it with the flush-able wet wipe and wrapped it to take it home and clean it before reinserting it. No mess in my purse, no leaks, no embarrassment... just simple.
Overall: Life changing and I am so glad I made the switch!
